Morann’s collar

Legend

The old stories tell of a judge, Morann, who wore a collar about his neck. When he judged truly it hung loose. When he judged falsely it drew tight.

This is a story, not a law. No law-text asks a judge to wear it. It says what the people who told it wanted from their judges.

On each case page, “Weigh it” lets you give a judgement and see the collar tighten or loosen.
